Scope of cloth ice bag:

Use method one (cold compress):
1. Open the lid, put a small amount of water and then put the ice cubes.
* The volume of ice cubes accounts for 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the capacity of the ice pack.
2. To prevent water from leaking out, close the lid tightly.
* Note that the lid is not easy to seal when it is tilted.
3. Put the ice pack on the cold compressing place and fix it with a bandage or special protective gear.

Use method two (warm compress):
1. Open the lid and pour 2/3 of warm water at 50 ~ 55 ° C.

* Water temperature should not exceed 589C
